I had my mid-point ultrasound on Monday and thankfully everything was fine with The Baby. I drank some OJ before going so the sugar had The Baby really hopped up. It was moving and kicking all over the place! It was so cute (and a little weird honestly) to see it moving and waving and trying to suck its thumb (unsuccessfully LOL). Today everything seemed for real-for real.
We’ve heard the heartbeat before and had an early ultrasound (where The Baby looked nothing at all like a baby). On Monday though, I saw little lips and a little nose and scary alien eyes when the tech directed the view in front of The Baby’s face. I saw a spine and a heart and kidneys. I saw feet kicking (haven’t felt it myself yet though) and hands grabbing and waving. It is crazy to think all of that is going on inside of me while I’m going about my business as usual.
As to the sex… 
OMG!!! Congrats..this is wonderful news. Even better is that you are still working out. You are such a motivation. I wish you a continued happy health pregnancy, complete with a healthy BABY BOY (wow:-) at the end of it all.

Thanks. I can finally feel him lightly kicking and he had huge feet on the ultrasound! I hope he isn’t going to kill my organs in a few weeks!
