The ‘fro is gone for now! Grandma visited over the Fourth and braided Lewis’ hair over a three day period (!). I’m sad because I have neither the time nor skill to duplicate this but I love the results. Thank God for grandmothers!

love it! I wish Marlie had enough hair to braid…on second thought…
LOL! Actually, if Lewis was a girl it would be great! You can just put random braids and ponytails on a girl. I could handle a girl with a lot of hair. There are just not a lot of looks for a boy (that I care for anyway) that I am capable of doing on a squirmy child.
All I can say is ADORABLE!
i love his hair like that. And I REALLY love his smile in the last pic. I’m really shocked he sat and let anyone do that many braids lol
Princess J HATES getting her hair done. She wants to turn all the way around and see what im doing. I braided her hair maybe twice but she won’t sit still long enough for much anything else. She has such nice hair I wish she would just let me have my darn way with it! She had long thick curly hair and I love it but she won’t let me try many things on her because she just can’t sit longer than 60 seconds before something catches her eye.
aww! Look at that baby sweetness. (and your Mommy’s hair look totally fine too). I also do not possess the hair braiding techniques. Thankfully, my 17yo daughter picked it up on her own and is now braiding my 2yo daughter’s hair. Because I don’t have the skillz. Ooops.
