Do I Need To Rethink This CrossFit Thing?

In the CrossFit workshop we learned several advanced moves, including the clean and the snatch.  We used PVC pipes instead of barbells so the danger factor was minimized.  However, The Mister pointed me to this video last night and yeah…maybe I won’t be doing that move for a while LOL.  I’m scared!

    Not so sure about “crossfit” but cross training is good! :)

    CrossFit is all about crosstraining and being proficient in various aspects of fitness instead of just one thing. I love it already!

    I love you but the minute I saw the work GRAPHIC I couldnt do it :)

    LOL! I think they pulled the video down now. It is only graphic if you are squeamish. This Hungarian Olympian attempts to squat clean (I think) a 300 lb barbell and misses. The barbell finds his back and then his arm which promptly twists opposite of the natural direction. Squirming with the memory!
