I’m following Hal Higdon’s novice marathon recovery plan. This is the perfect time for a proper marathon recovery time with the upcoming holiday hustle and bustle and the beginnings of real cold weather moving. I plan to use this month to enjoy running just for the sake of running. Half-marathon training starts up again 12/22!
