Kettlebell Swings

Photographer Brittany Wade was kind enough to allow me to be a model for a day for my Precision Nutrition photo shoot.  These are two of my favorite pictures.

On an unrelated note, can I say that I am thrilled to have gone from having hair that stopped at my ears to having the ponytail in the first picture!  Thumbs up to a solid hair care routine and the ever reliable slickback bun LOL.  In spite of years of sweaty workouts, my hair has thrived.

Love the pics! That blue dress is gorgeous. Can I have it?

    Thanks!
You can get the dress at The Limited for the low price of $20 (in pink even!). I paid $35 a month ago. I’m very upset about this.

  2. You look fabulous ! Fit, healthy and happy!

you look GREAT in that dress.. I see you getting it with the kettleball!!! nice!

I purposefully took my “light” 20lb kettlebell with me to the park. I didn’t want to bring my 35# and make ugly faces during my swings LOL. I didn’t consider that I would be dragging it around for 2 hours in the 90 degree heat. I’m really GLAD I carried the light one!

You look great! And yes, the ponytail is a WONDERFUL THING!

    *going to get that dress*

    I’ve never had a ponytail before. I’m excited. :)
That dress is great because it hides a multitude of stomach related sins. Cheers for empire waists!
