I was a little tired last week and ended up skipping my mid-week long run. Booo! In any case, I ran the Atlanta Women’s 5K and got my speedwork session in so I don’t feel too bad.
The Mister and I are participating in an urban adventure race on Saturday so I am looking forward to that. Hopefully, it won’t wear me out so much that I can’t get in my run on Sunday and still make it to step class. I will be taking some birthing classes on Sunday afternoons starting in mid-April so I only have a few more Sundays available to take step class. Boo again!
