Fitness Plan – 06/16-06/22

The big wedding week is finally here but fitness stops for no woman! I am more than feeling the effects of diet slippage over the past few weeks, so I must stay on top of my fitness game while I still can.

This will be a lighter than ever fitness week because of the wedding as will the following week. I missed my Sunday long run (despite all assertions to the contrary) so I will make it up this week. My honeymoon plans changed a bit so I’ll be back in the saddle earlier than anticipated. My goal is to combine the missed run with this weeks running and just split it out over two weeks. The Peachtree is still on the 4th and I have to be prepared (no matter how tempted I am to sell my number on Ebay…).

Duration: 63 Minutes
Description: Cathe DVD – 4 Day Split: Boot Camp Lower Body Premix
