I’ve written about the goodness of Popchips here before. I won a small case of Popchips from The Great Fitness Experiment blog and ate every single bag I received over the next few weeks. When I went to Fitbloggin in May, Popchips were everywhere and I snacked on the goodness again. I was a big fan of the Salt and Vinegar flavor before but I became fiercely loyal to the Salt and Pepper flavor in Baltimore.
I don’t confuse chips of any kind with health food. But I crave salt sometimes (all this running perhaps?) and sometimes only potato chips fit the bill. When I was pregnant, I ate a shameful amount of greasy Lay’s Salt & Vinegar chips. When I make a Subway run, I occasionally pickup a bag of the fat-free Lays fried in a chemical that may or may not severe cause GI issues. I feel better about Popchips than either of these options. They are not baked or fried but “popped” using a special process. This makes them taste like non-greasy Munchos to me (another thing I sought out when I was pregnant!). The single serving bags are all in the 100 calorie range and the serving size is large enough that one bag suffices. The original flavor has a very short ingredient list with nothing un-recognizable listed.
Several of you chimed in with love for Popchips when I mentioned them last year. So when the folks at Popchips offered me the chance to host a giveaway, I decided to take it. Don’t say I never did anything for you LOL! Want to win a month’s supply (24 single-serving bags in assorted flavors) of Popchips? You can earn one entry per action taken below:
- “Like” Popchips on Facebook and leave me a comment saying that you did so. It would be cool if you left a comment on their Facebook saying that I sent you, but you don’t have to.
- Follow Popchips on Twitter and leave me a comment saying that you did so.
Contest runs until Wednesday, June 29th at 5PM EST. The winner will be announced on Thursday.
FTC Disclaimer: The people at Popchips are providing the prize for this giveway. Popchips was a sponsor at Fitbloggin so I tried samples there. All opinions given are my own!

I too liked and commented on the PopChips Facebook page. I also appreciate your potato chip post. I am into my first week of running and crave salt as well. I have gone through Ruffles, Lays and Kettle chips to match my salt/healthy craving. I hope these chips end my quest.
Keep up the great work. Luv the blog.

never had popchips, but I did have some flat pretzels after the DC SGK run and loved them. I need to find those too.
I’m liking them on Facebook cause I don’t tweet.
BBQ is my favorite flavor.
I learned about Popchips through my Weight Watchers class. Tried ‘em and obsessed ever since. A satisfying 22 chips is only 3 points. First giveaway on any site I’ve ever been interested in, so I liked on Facebook and followed on Twitter.
P.S. I’ll comment you sent me on Twitter AFTER the giveaway closes, otherwise hundreds of people will come here and apply for this giveaway and I selfishlessly don’t like those odds.
