I was doing well with restricting my dense carbs to post-exercise until I paid a visit to Panera Bread Company. I went there for the salads (which are awesome) not the sandwiches. There was a delicious smell wafting in from the bag that contained my salmon caesar salad. Salad doesn’t smell that good! I opened my bag up to see what was in there. Just my luck – a warm french bread loaf type thing (baguette maybe?). Why did I wolf that thing down like a like a starving woman?!? It was absolutely delicious! Next time, I’m telling them no bread.
Oh well, I do recognize that this is a process. We fall down and we get up right?




I luv their salads too! The fiji apple one is my fav. You deserve a cheat day LOL.
Hey, thought I’d come over and share the blog love. You were being all modest on my blog, you better get it with your two marathons and “tri-in training”. And you’ve had a baby not too long ago. Get it, girl. My child is a teen and I’m in awe of anyone that can run for 20 mins without stopping! =}

Aww thanks! I feel like all my other running was in a past life. I’m trying to get my running swagger back though! Marathon or not I *still* cannot hit 10.0 on the treadmill.
