I am not a personal trainer or any kind of fitness or nutritional expert. I am a 33-year old woman who has been all over the place with her weight and fitness and finally settled into a groove. I am a woman who has tried almost every diet out there and have now lost over 25 pounds in a healthy way. I am a fairly new runner (2.5 years old) who has completed two half-marathons and one marathon. I am a wannabe triathlete (June 2010?). I am a new mommy who now has to start this process all over again! I am determined to be fit!
