The leaking/pouring breasts, the painful engorgements. The pain of pumping. I might have stopped had my babe not been a preemie. It gets so much easier, the engorgement goes away and the leaking stops. The milk knows what to do. The baby gets it quicker so the time spent doing it decreases. Make sure you have the lactation consultant come to your room after you deliver to show you the ropes and help position your baby. <strong><i>I'm really committed to giving BF my all so I've been reading a couple of BF books. I'm expecting the worst, so I hope that it will be better than that. :) My childbirth class educator was a La Leche League leader for years and is now a lactation consultant. She will give students phone consults for free but will charge for an onsite visit.
