		<description>I hate when I&#039;m moving along well with my eating and then have a major brain fart.  What&#039;s worse is, it usually happens the night before my weigh-in...what&#039;s up with that?  LOL

I&#039;m with you on the workouts - I absolutely give 100% on my c25k days, but other days I&#039;ve been working out just to say I&#039;ve worked out.  I break a sweat, but I&#039;ve been leaving energy on the table (love that phrase).  I&#039;ve got to get back to my intense workouts - all the time.

&lt;strong&gt;&lt;i&gt;ALWAYS before weigh-in day...and I know the sodium makes me retain water so it takes 2-3 days to get it out of my system SMH.&lt;/i&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;</description>
