		<description>Yes, to you going to cross fit and exotic dancing.  I&#039;ve taken one class (it&#039;s more of a tease class) and it was the funnest thing ever.  The choreo was very easy  but getting into the mood in front of 25 strangers takes some serious skill.  

I agree that soreness is definitely a GOOD thing.  Well, as long as you can differentiate soreness from injury.  But if it&#039;s truly just lactic acid on your muscles, it&#039;s a good thing.  means you are working and WILL get better!

&lt;strong&gt;&lt;i&gt;I took pole dancing classes for about 1-1/2 years.  I miss it!  Choreo not so easy for me and letting go in front of strangers *does* take getting used to.  I don&#039;t know that I ever really got used to it.  I just got to the point where my knees stopped knocking together LOL.&lt;/i&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;</description>

		<description>That boot camp sounds like it is kicking your butt. My trainer told me muscle soreness is your body&#039;s way of saying goodbye to weakness. Umm, yea. When I&#039;m hurting, I think it&#039;s BS too. LOL
