&lt;strong&gt;&lt;i&gt;Thanks Keelah!  I had a good 2008 fitness wise and I&#039;ve got new goals for next year.  The good thing about exercise is that there is always something you can get better at or something new to work up to.  It keeps me from being bored and helps me make sure that I&#039;m getting stronger and not stuck in a rut.&lt;/i&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;</description>
