		<description>OMG, I am soooo clowning you...Tatiana Ali?!?  How dare you have that CD??!  Girl, I&#039;m ashamed to call you my sista in training.  LOL!

I hear you on dessert, I feel the need to have it every day too.  I just think the day isn&#039;t complete without it.  I&#039;m so proud you got through with only a fruit rollup.  You deserve kudos for that.  

Anyway, thanks for your post about the speed thing.  I was taking it too far and as a result, my body was not well.  Today I took your advice (I tried to give you credit for it but I couldn&#039;t figure out how to add a hidden link to you site in the post.  So I&#039;m adding you on my blog roll.) It was a much better workout.  THANKS FOR YOUR WORDS OF ENCOURAGEMENT!!!
