You're smart to choose eating healthy and exercising regularly as opposed to crash dieting. Crash dieting is never very good for you, and the results never last. Maybe if you want to lose a few pounds for an event it is your best bet, but if you are looking for long term weight loss, then maintaining a healthy diet and exercising regularly is going to get you the best results.

I think starvation kills muscle so you sag. exercise tones muscle so you slim while sleeking.

Breastfeeding apparently helps with the weight loss and causes the contractions that move parts back to there original place. Are you going to get the little jogger and run wth your babe. I love when I see men doing that.

It does! Starvation also makes your body think you aren't going to feed it anymore causing it to hold on to every single calorie when you do start eating again. You can really screw up your metabolism like that. She say the low-cal thing is only temporary.

I think I'll get a jogger, but it will definitely be second-hand. You see tons of those things for sale on Craigslist. I've read that the baby can't handle those for like 6 months though and I hope to get started back with running way before then.
